The Property

McLellan Gardens is a semi-detached holiday home in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town centre of Dalbeattie. At the front of the house are parking bays for 2 cars. There is a gated garden with a large decked area , lawn , picnic table and benches. A secure outhouse suitable for bicycle storage is at the end of the garden. As well as deck chairs, there is a tumble dryer and freezer here.

This bright and airy house is newly refurbished and decorated. Furnishing and linens are new and of superior quality. There is laminate flooring throughout.

Upstairs sleeps 4 comfortably in 1 kingsize bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. A bed settee in the lounge provides extra sleeping capacity if required. The shower room has a Dolphin shower, WC, glass bowl sink and stainless steel towel rail.

Downstairs, the lounge has a leather couch and armchair, dining room table and chairs, gas fire, TV & DVD. There is a selection of board games and books. The small kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, juicer and blender.

Being double glazed and well insulated, this is a warm house but should instant heat be needed there is a new real flame gas fire in the lounge. There is gas fired central heating and instant hot water from the Combi boiler.

An iron and ironing board is provided. A cot, stair gate and high chair will be available on request.
